What does a bee hive removal achieve?

Bees and their hives are an integral part to the planets ecosystem. They provide pollination to many different types of trees and plants which allow them to reproduce, flower and produce food. Without bees doing their jobs all of them would cease to exist.
Exterminators will use dangerous chemicals to kill the bees that they can see but will most likely not find the hive. This means that the bees will still be there and come back to full strength again.
