🐝 Why We Created the Buzz for Gold Sweepstakes

From the hives to the hearts of Houston — this is more than just silver and gold.

For years, I’ve been helping Houston-area homeowners protect their homes from unwanted bee invasions. While many pest control companies shy away from stinging insects, I’ve made it my mission to face the swarms — not to destroy, but to protect. I’m Bee Man Dan, and I’ve spent years in crawlspaces, attics, and backyards, safely relocating thousands of precious pollinators.

Through that work, I’ve come to deeply respect the role bees play in our world — and the responsibility we have to protect them.

But recently, I started thinking:
How could we do more? How could we turn something I love — saving bees — into something that helps others too?

That’s where the Buzz for Gold Sweepstakes was born.

They’re mostly gentle, always industrious, and absolutely essential to our ecosystem.
That’s why I’ve dedicated my life to relocating them, not exterminating them — and why I believe in educating others about how to coexist with them safely.
